Located in the heart of the city of Sunrise, Sunrise Health & Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing the highest quality rehabilitation and nursing care.  We take pride in being a key part of transition from hospital to home.

Our expanded therapy gym and experienced therapists offer a unique and personalized rehabilitation experience for patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, strokes, cardiac and respiratory impairments.

Our mission at Sunrise is to enrich the lives, one person at a time.  We strive to do this by honoring each person in very way we can, as human beings.  Our caring staff takes the time to get to know each person we service, and delivers a customized plan of care to meet their individual needs.  Through a team effort with our Medical Director, Rehab team, and Nursing staff, we work closely with patients and families to enrich lives and achieve desired goals.
